PDF Seal is headquartered in Hauppauge, NY. We moved to this facility in 2019 to allow for a more efficient workflow and storage space. All PDF Seal lids are compatible with Modern Packaging's filling and sealing systems and other standalone or integrated machines.

With facilities worldwide, ProMach is a family of best-in-class product brands across the entire production line, serving manufacturers of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and household and industrial goods at every scale.
How It Started
PDF Seal was founded in 2004 by Zaki Hossain and Jaroslaw (Jerry) Dabek, the co-founders of Modern Packaging. Modern, founded in 1989, is a leading provider of cup and tray filling solutions for the food, beverage, and dairy industries, with systems capable of filling everything from dry foods such as coffee to viscous liquid products such as hummus into single- and multi-serve packages.
Zaki and Jerry saw an opportunity to provide high-quality die-cut lids for customers, and they created PDF Seal. Today, PDF Seal operates out of an efficient converting facility in Hauppauge, NY. PDF Seal and Modern's partnership allows us to offer a single-source solution for our customers to purchase lids and machinery. Modern and PDF Seal work together to offer a single-source provider for customers to purchase filling machinery and pre-die-cut foil lids.
